RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund for returns made within 30 days of your purchase date.
Here’s how it works:

Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: Sale items, accessories, anything cowhide and custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
To start a return, email us at info@shopmuddycreek.com with your order number and reason for return.
At Muddy Creek, we work hard to make sure every customer has the best possible experience. To keep things running smoothly, customers are responsible for handling their own returns after they have been in contact with out team.
Please be sure to keep your return tracking number—this will help us provide a better estimate for when your refund or credit will be processed.
*Package being returned must not be damaged, and return items must be packed with care.
If your return is not approved and you would like the item returned to you, the shipping will be your responsibility. If arrangements are not made after 14 days, the items will go to a non=profit charity.
You will be notified once your return has been approved and credit has been applied.
EXCHANGES
At Muddy Creek, we do not offer direct exchanges due to the limited quantities of our products. However, customers are welcome to return the original item and place a new order for the desired size, color, or product.
Please note that customers are responsible for completing the return process and placing a new order separately.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDER
We’re always happy to replace any damaged or incorrect items! However, any issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for store credit or a replacement. Once reported, please follow our standard return guidelines.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and have all original tags attached.

Shoes must be returned in their original box, placed inside an additional shipping package. Please do not tape, write on, or attach labels directly to the shoe box.

All returned items are subject to review before a refund or store credit is issued.

Cowhide Items:
Each of our cowhide products is one-of-a-kind and made with authentic materials. Variations in color and pattern are not considered defects and are therefore not eligible for return or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is placed, please note that shipping liability falls between you and USPS. We do not make exceptions to this policy.
We’re happy to assist with replacing any package that has not been marked as delivered. However, once a package is scanned as delivered by USPS, Muddy Creek is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package is missing, here are a few steps to take:

Double-check that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

Check with neighbors or household members in case it was delivered to the wrong door.

Contact your local USPS office or mail carrier with your tracking number to determine where it was dropped.

Keep in mind: USPS may sometimes mark a package as “delivered” up to 48 hours before it actually arrives, so we recommend waiting two full days before taking further action.
